What are the accepted payment methods?

Where do you deliver?
Pureosity jewellery is delivered within the EU.

How much does the delivery cost?

The delivery fees are as follows:

  • Delivery inside Finland 6,00€

  • EU deliveries 12,00€  

 

How long does the delivery take?

We processes the purchase orders made by the user within three working days. All items will be delivered to the user through the registered mail service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery notification with a tracking code to follow the progress of your shipment  on the Finnish postal services website.The delivery time varies depending on the destination. Usually the items arrive within 7 working days, but please allow up to 10 days for the shipment within the EU.

Can I return the items I purchase?
You have the right to return or exchange a product within fourteen (14) days from the day of receiving the product. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. To be issued a refund, please contact us first at info@pureosity.eu.

How soon can I expect to receive an answer to my email?
We aim to respond to all customer emails within two working days.
